Just finished week 3-struggled this week and gained a couple pounds back, but one more and will have lost them again-I realize this is a life change and will take time so I am not beating myself up like I did before-so wanting to get to that below 200 mark, and will strive to get there soon!

Just wrapping up week 2 of my lifestyle change and I am proud to say I am doing well! I feel so much better, in every way-no more feeling sick because I eat too much, and the wrong stuff-I am eating healthy and loving it! Weird two weeks though-I instantly lost just under 5 pounds in the first few days, then over the next week and a half, gained 4 back!!! WHAT?!?!?! I was not impressed, but I kept pushing on-btw, I am drinking 4 litres of water a day plus 2 good sized mugs of green tea, so I figured water retention? All good, the 5 pounds is back off as of this morning-now on to the next 75!!!

Post baby fat
I've also started my weight loss journey. I've been very scared to get back into jogging again because I haven't jogged since I found out I was pregnant... Now with Titus just turning 6 months old.... I forced myself to face my biggest fear. What if I could only jog for like 2 mins?!? Well I finally just did it... Happy to say that I did longer than 2 mins, I did 15 mins of jogging!! Not the 30-45 mins I was accustom to doing, but its a start. That's where I start.... The exercise! The eating is not too bad, but I can't wait to see the results of my jogging! Here I go... I pray for strength... I need to loose at least 4-6 sizes before I get back to my wedding size. God help me as it's very hard with the lack of sleep, etc!

I hit another plateau this past week. Doesn't look like I'll hit 100 by the end of this week (my 1 year anniversary of healthy eating), but I WILL continue on! I am blaming it on the kitchen remodeling going on :). I haven't messed up with my eating, but I've been limited to the same foods over and over again (gets a little old). There's not much you can do with the microwave! lol

So I joined this online journal/fitness forum(myfitnesspal)it's great because I can keep a food journal something I have started numerous times, then lost it...lol...now I can't lose it! Have lost 2 pounds now(in 3 days) and I am so determined this is the year! I had a revelation(with Carla's help)that our spiritual well being is well connected to our physiacl-if I can be strong spiritually by fighting that battle constantly, why can't I do the physical as well? We overcome fleshly temptations all the time to move forward in our spiritual lives, I have to fight the food temptations to move forward in this battle! Can I do it-oh yes, it's just learning to say no without finding an excuse or reason to have that food I don't need, or the extra portion I definitely don't need. I find breastfeeding I am always so hungry, so now I am searching for snack foods I can constantly nibble on that are low fat, calorie, etc...any suggestions? Doing Leslie Sansone again and have had people recommend the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred-
