My parents
My parents need prayer.
My Dad had a gall bladder attack and was taken to the hospital in their town. They then transferred him to Fort Worth (about 3o minutes away) His blood count was low and they gave him blood in the ambulance on the way.
The attack is over but he is losing blood through the stool and they can't figure out why yet. He is still in the hospital. He needs prayer.
My Mom also needs prayer. It is hard on her to keep travelling that distance and staying at the hospital with him. She is not well enough to do that for very long.
Keep them in your prayers please.

Mom just called today and said he has had two bouts of pain yesterday and still needs blood.
Still no results from test.
I will be praying for them!
Thanks Jess, He is still in hospital and still losing blood even though they are giving him blood. Last count was 6 It was 8.5 the first time they gave it to him. He has had 4 units already and it is still lower than when he began.
Pray he will be okay and I can go to my Ladies Retreat!!!

Mom has lots of friends who are taking care of her. I have let her know I will be there when she says. Today the doctor and I convinced her to stay home. They are just doing more test all day. He is in ICU so he can't have visitors except for a couple of minutes every two hours. The waiting room is awful. It is the same waiting room that we were in for 2 weeks with my brother when he died.
He is still losing blood so fast. he has had 9 units since Monday afternoon and is still only up to 8.4 this morning after dropping to 6 yesterday.
He is not in good enough position for surgery plus they have no clue where to look!
Mom just called and his blood count is up to 10 now so she was glad about that. He just came back from a 2 hour test and is going for another one now.
Mom is at home today but having a hard time not being there. They wouldn't let her see him but a couple of minutes every two hours if he wasn't away somewhere for test.
I am trying to get everything ready here in case I have to go.
I am due to leave on Sunday afternoon for my retreat. But that might not happen. I may be going there instead.
